On September 24, Klaas and Yaneth (members of ICF Noord in Rotterdam) are organizing a workshop on bridging cultural differences to connect people from diverse backgrounds. The workshop is entitled: Shared Understanding: Bridging Cultures, Connecting People.

Culture often operates like the air we breathe—it’s all around us, yet we seldom notice it. Explore how culture shapes our hidden assumptions and unconscious biases. We’ll reflect on our values, appreciate others’, and create space for meaningful dialogue. In this talk, gain practical tools for small actions that can spark significant change.
